1. Pick apples

Select apples with smooth skins and no damage. Wipe the surface dust clean with a dry cloth (to avoid stains affecting the carving effect). Make sure the engraving machine is placed on a stable table, connect the power supply and check that the laser head is unobstructed. Turn on the ventilation equipment (to avoid the accumulation of apple burnt smell).

2. Pattern and Parameter Settings

Enter the text "Ping/An/Xi/Le" in the APP, adjust the font to a simple and uncursive style, and the size to match the size of Apple devices. Parameter setting reference: Power 0.5-3W (beginners are recommended to use 1-2W), speed 500-1000mm/min, engraving depth 0.1-0.2mm (only for the surface, avoid penetration).

3. Positioning and fixation

Place the apple at the center of the engraving machine's worktable and gently fix it with a soft fixture (to prevent it from shifting during engraving and avoid crushing the apple). Through the preview function of the engraving machine, adjust the position of the apple to ensure that the text is centered and aligned with the engraving range of the laser head.

4. Trial carving and calibration

First, try carving 1-2 small characters on the inconspicuous edge of the apple to check the clarity of the characters and the condition of the skin. If they are too pale, slightly increase the power; if they are too blurry, reduce the power or speed up.

5. Formal engraving

After confirming that the parameters and positioning are correct, start the engraving program. Do not touch the workbench or the apple throughout the process. Wait for the engraving to complete (the engraving time for a single character is approximately 20 to 50 seconds).

6. Finishing touches

After the engraving is completed, turn off the laser engraving machine, wait for the apple to cool down for 1-2 minutes, and gently wipe the engraved surface with a clean soft cloth to remove any slight burnt debris.
